Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least two years experience in event planning entertainment or promotions execution
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
- Must pass background investigation to obtain and maintain gaming license in California and Arizona
- Native American preference
- Experience with Native American culture and government preferred
- Tribal preference given to qualified Tribal members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- At least two years of experience in event planning entertainment or promotions execution
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Bilingual English Spanish preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Plan develop and implement all property promotions and events in collaboration with the team
- Assist with the logistical details of artist and show production including food transportation and other needs as required
- Coordinate promotional event details such as ordering products displaying items and managing the setup and teardown of giveaways
- Work with cross-property teams to ensure promotions and events are executed consistently across locations
- Support box office operations including ticketing procedures accounting and issue resolution
- Create and distribute internal and external communications related to entertainment promotions events and employee updates
- Manage administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders maintaining files and ensuring accurate billing through proper GL coding
