The role offered is focused on supporting the event promotions team at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. As a vital member of the promotional staff, the successful candidate will assist with setting up and tearing down at various promotional events hosted at the facility. Responsibilities include managing the promotional space to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently throughout the event and supporting pre-race ceremonies at major racing events. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 6 months to one year related experience and/or training
  • willing to work weekdays and weekends and some evenings
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move up to 50-100 pounds occasionally
  • ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with a team

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 6 months to one year related experience and/or training
  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • ability to write simple correspondence
  • effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations
  • basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
  • willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and some evenings

Job Duties

  • assist with set up and tear down for promotional events
  • help manage the promotional space at each event
  • help load up and pack for promotional events
  • assist with pre-race ceremonies at major events
  • work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth event operations
