The company is seeking a motivated and energetic Part-Time Promotions Assistant to join their team. The position combines general office duties with active community engagement to promote Cumulus Media’s stations and connect with listeners. The Promotions Assistant will travel throughout the market to represent the company at various events as a Brand Ambassador. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event materials such as pop-up tents and tables, hanging banners, interacting with the public, and managing on-site activations. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

In addition to event activities, the Promotions Assistant will be involved with prize fulfillment, event preparation, contest building, participating in weekly promotions meetings, and maintaining a lively presence on social media platforms affiliated with the radio stations. Other duties include brainstorming promotional ideas and assisting with errands and vehicle maintenance, making this role a multifaceted entry point into the world of media promotions and marketing. With a flexible work schedule of at least 20 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, this role demands a reliable and enthusiastic individual ready to engage with a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
