Job Requirements
- must be available to work weekend nights, select holidays, and other peak business periods
Job Qualifications
- 4-7 years of management experience in marketing, event planning, promotions, or entertainment
- proven ability to deliver engaging, large-scale events in a hospitality, casino, or entertainment environment
- strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- casino player tracking system experience a plus
Job Duties
- oversee all casino promotions from concept to post-event analysis
- book live entertainment for the comedy club, events and bars
- manage the online ticketing platform, promotional kiosks, drawings, and related software
- supervise and develop a small, high-performing promotions team
- collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Team Managers to meet strategic revenue and guest engagement goals
