The Project Superintendent - Hospitality / Hotel Interiors position offers an exciting opportunity for construction professionals who want to join a reputable and growth-oriented contractor. This role centers around the successful management and oversight of hospitality renovation projects, from planning and scheduling to site management and quality control. The superintendent will collaborate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives align with client expectations and are met efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily construction activities and enforcing safety regulations, managing project budgets and costs, coordinating resource allocation, and handling change orders.
