The role of Project Superintendent at Baker Construction offers a unique career opportunity for a driven construction professional eager to contribute at a high level. Candidates will bring a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university paired with six years of related construction experience and training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Expertise in line and grade processes, detailed knowledge of formwork systems, and past experience as a foreman are essential for excelling as a Project Superintendent with Baker. Relevant craft certifications may also be required to meet regulatory and job demands.
