As a Project Manager at WRSTBND, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of event technology projects. Your responsibilities will revolve around defining project scopes and objectives in collaboration with clients and the sales team, ensuring that all event requirements and expectations are met or exceeded. Effective communication will be paramount as you will serve as the liaison between clients, internal sales, operations, and logistics teams to maintain clarity and proactive updates. You will also work closely with the technical team to verify that all integrations, upgrades, and features promised to clients are not only functional but thoroughly tested prior to events.

Managing the event budget is another key aspect of the role, which requires careful resource allocation and financial oversight. Your presence and support onsite during events will be essential to address and resolve any issues professionally throughout the project lifespan. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to analyze project performance continuously to identify areas for improvement and drive excellence in future events. WRSTBND values flexibility in its team members and recognizes the importance of adaptive working hours to meet project demands, including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. The position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually and is eligible for bonuses under current plans.
