Job Description

WRSTBND is a pioneering event technology company that specializes in providing seamless integrated solutions for a wide range of events, from nation-wide music festivals to intimate fundraisers. Born out of a collaboration between tech engineers and event producers, WRSTBND has developed an innovative event technology ecosystem that connects multiple operational aspects of events. This includes cutting-edge integrated RFID and NFC scanning hardware, edge computing, real-time mobile transactions, and backend processes. Each of these components is designed to be customizable to meet the specific needs and goals of different events, ensuring a tailored and efficient experience for clients and attendees alike. WRSTBND's impressive client roster includes industry leaders such as See Tickets, Live Nation, C3 Presents, and the NBA, underscoring the company's reputation as a trusted partner in event technology.

As a Project Manager at WRSTBND, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of event technology projects. Your responsibilities will revolve around defining project scopes and objectives in collaboration with clients and the sales team, ensuring that all event requirements and expectations are met or exceeded. Effective communication will be paramount as you will serve as the liaison between clients, internal sales, operations, and logistics teams to maintain clarity and proactive updates. You will also work closely with the technical team to verify that all integrations, upgrades, and features promised to clients are not only functional but thoroughly tested prior to events.

Managing the event budget is another key aspect of the role, which requires careful resource allocation and financial oversight. Your presence and support onsite during events will be essential to address and resolve any issues professionally throughout the project lifespan. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to analyze project performance continuously to identify areas for improvement and drive excellence in future events. WRSTBND values flexibility in its team members and recognizes the importance of adaptive working hours to meet project demands, including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. The position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually and is eligible for bonuses under current plans.

WRSTBND fosters a culture of continuous learning and innovation and encourages candidates with a passion for event technology to apply even if they do not meet every qualification. The company is dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion, standing as an Equal Opportunity Employer that welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, company-paid basic life insurance, voluntary life coverage, parental leave, a 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match, flexible spending and health savings accounts, and wellness programs. WRSTBND is proud to offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment where motivated self-starters can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the future of event technology.
