The role of Project Manager, SWF (Surgical Workflows Full Line), is a critical position within the company that focuses on managing the complete lifecycle of projects related to a specific product portfolio that includes surgical workflow equipment such as sterilizers, washers, sinks, surgical lights, booms, and fixed tables. This role is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and installation of these products, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, operational efficiency, financial goals, and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager acts as the primary coordinator for the project from order entry through installation completion, maintaining constant communication with internal teams, external contractors, customers, and other stakeholders.
In this role, the Project Manager develops detailed timelines and assembles project teams to meet project schedules effectively. They conduct site inspections to ensure construction readiness and oversee the installation quality by adhering strictly to manufacturer instructions. Additionally, the Project Manager handles budget management for assigned projects, aiming to achieve company margin targets while responsibly managing resources and expenditures. The position entails coordination with sales representatives for accurate quoting and technical configurations, along with collaboration with supply chain teams and logistics to monitor product delivery and installation timelines.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, bringing at least five years of related technical experience managing projects within a similar product line. A valid driver's license is mandatory due to travel requirements, which can be up to 75%. The role requires strong leadership abilities to manage both internal teams and external contractors, combined with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are essential to maintain updated project documentation and generate relevant reports.

Job Requirements

- minimum of 5 years related work experience in application of technical principles and procedures relating to product line
- valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Determine appropriate staffing levels for installations
- schedule installation staff and confirm staffing plan with customers, general contractors, and sales representatives
- coordinate integration schedule

- use Project Management Tool for documentation, task updates, and schedules
- manage project budgets to meet profit margin targets
- assist in design drawing review, approval, and distribution
- monitor production schedule with supply chain team

- conduct pre-installation site inspections
- ensure site readiness
- work with sales to ensure technical accuracy and quoting
- assist sales efforts to increase market share and revenue
