Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide project oversight while promoting and maintaining a strong, proactive safety culture on site
  • Oversee the creation and evaluation of bid packages to secure competitive subcontractor proposals
  • Facilitate regular subcontractor meetings on the job site to help ensure project objectives are achieved
  • Review monthly billing and manage the documentation and approvals required to maintain timely project funding
  • Lead cost-tracking efforts, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope adjustments, to support overall project goals
  • Monitor the financial performance of the project and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Act as the company's representative during subcontractor negotiations
