The position of Project Manager at Nox Group offers an exciting opportunity to lead cutting-edge, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. This role will be primarily responsible for delivering RMCI's first-generation programs as a General Contractor within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success by managing everything from initial planning and budgeting to procurement, execution, safety compliance, and final delivery. The position requires a strong leader capable of managing multi-disciplinary teams, maintaining high standards of quality control, and communicating effectively with all project stakeholders including clients, engineers, architects, and regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management engineering or relevant field
  • 10+ years of relative experience
  • 5+ years project management experience in construction
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform repeated pushing pulling carrying reaching walking standing sitting stooping kneeling bending and climbing
  • Ability to operate motor vehicle crane tractor or similar equipment
  • Must pass drug test and background check
  • Willingness to comply with safety policies and procedures
  • This is a safety sensitive position
  • Ability to work in physical working conditions inherent to construction environments

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of all aspects of construction industry practices processes standards and their impact
  • Ability to multi-task collaborate set priorities and take initiative
  • Demonstrated success leading a team through complex project execution
  • Experience managing and leading field-level staff and holding them accountable
  • Excellent organizational verbal written and presentation skills bilingual a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 10+ years of relative experience
  • 5+ years project management experience in construction

Job Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule budget resources and risk management strategies
  • Recruit assemble and manage project teams including subcontractors and vendors
  • Develop and maintain project budgets track expenses and implement cost-control measures
  • Create project schedules monitor progress identify potential delays and implement strategies to meet deadlines
  • Establish quality standards conduct inspections and implement quality control measures
  • Identify potential risks develop mitigation plans minimizing their impact
  • Manage procurement processes including obtaining bids negotiating contracts and overseeing purchasing
  • Maintain communication with project stakeholders providing updates and addressing concerns
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations develop safety plans conduct safety meetings and enforce protocols
  • Keep detailed records of project activities prepare regular progress reports
