The role offered is for a seasoned Construction Project Manager who will oversee ground-up luxury custom home projects from inception through to completion. This key position involves managing projects typically between 5,000 and 15,000 square feet in size, valued from $5 million to $15 million. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for driving projects forward by coordinating subcontractors, managing project schedules, and overseeing site operations to ensure smooth workflow from start to finish. They will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Project Executive to report on project progress and ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.

The successful candidate will uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of each project, acting as the primary onsite representative of the company. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders involved in luxury home construction. A bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate is preferred, reflecting the diverse client base and subcontractor community in South Florida. With a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000 annually, the position offers substantial long-term growth potential within a reputable, well-established luxury builder. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, life insurance, car allowance, and other standard workplace benefits. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for an experienced construction project manager seeking to advance their career in a dynamic and expanding company committed to delivering exceptional residential projects.
