The Project Manager role is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for overseeing and leading complex construction projects from inception through completion. As a Project Manager, you will take charge of developing and maintaining collaborative project schedules employing lean principles, leading contract negotiations, managing BIM coordination, and controlling project scope with meticulous attention to cost, schedule, and quality impact. Your leadership will be essential in delivering timely project status communications to clients and leadership, conducting essential meetings with stakeholders, overseeing invoicing and funding processes, and ensuring rigorous quality control to minimize rework and drive timely closeouts.

Ideal candidates will possess at least a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, coupled with over five years of project management experience particularly with LAUSD/DSA projects. Strong leadership skills, client management proficiency, and motivation to foster company growth and lead high-performing teams are essential. Experience with estimating, CPM scheduling and planning, MS Project, and Procore software, along with the ability to estimate change orders and manage pay applications, is highly desirable.
