The company is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their South Florida market team. This role is a full-time, salaried position offering a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000, commensurate with experience. It also includes a comprehensive benefits package comprising medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and a 401K plan. The position requires approximately 25% regional travel and is ideal for a motivated individual eager to contribute significantly to a growing and dynamic team.

The Project Manager position at CTS plays a critical role within the South Florida Operations Team, overseeing all phases of wireless in-building network projects. These projects include the pre-construction phase, construction/implementation, system commissioning/integration, and project closeout. As the "Project Owner," the individual will be responsible for safety, quality, financial oversight, scheduling, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a highly organized professional capable of managing multiple projects, subcontractors, and crews simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and financial outcomes.

The right candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all project elements are meticulously planned and executed. Responsibilities also include reviewing and verifying project designs, managing project dependencies, developing schedules and safety plans, tracking financial health, and conducting site visits for quality assurance. Furthermore, the Project Manager will act as a trusted advisor, capable of thinking creatively to solve challenges and deliver on customer deadlines. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of project management experience in cellular structured cabling or telecom field
  • Experience managing DAS or structured cabling construction projects
  • Strong technical background in telecommunications or engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications and/or wireless project management
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents
  • Familiarity with IBWave software
  • Ability to define and track project financials
  • Proficiency in creating and interpreting project schedules
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and subcontractors simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office suite including Excel Word Power Point MS Project and Visio
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of project management experience in cellular structured cabling or telecom field with strong technical background
  • Managed DAS or structured cabling construction and customer-facing project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications and/or wireless project management
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and other project documents familiar with IBWave
  • Ability to define and track project financials
  • Ability to interpret and create project schedules
  • Ability to manage multiple projects / multiple subs and/or crews simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including Bluebeam Microsoft Office suite Excel Word Power Point MS Project Visio
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in team environments with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Review and verify project design scope and quote with proposal owner while defining stakeholders project goals task constraints risks timelines and deliverables
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation using CTS cloud based file system
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Determine and assess resources required to complete project scope including subcontractors technicians CAD or Design Center system performance or National Team support
  • Develop project schedules job trackers safety plan submittals and any necessary support documentation to ensure project success
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with internal operations team and project stakeholders
  • Ensure and deliver quality of workmanship and positive financial outcome for each projects managed
