This opportunity is a permanent position offering a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 annually, reflecting the seniority and expertise required for this role. The role is that of a Project Manager specializing in hospitality construction projects. The successful candidate will manage projects from the preconstruction phase through to project closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management processes. This position demands close coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership to ensure projects meet established timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. The Project Manager will lead owner meetings and proactively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to all stakeholders.

In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring cost controls, managing buyout processes, and ensuring the overall financial performance of projects aligns with company goals. Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and schedule adherence throughout project execution is essential. The company encourages candidates who are confident communicators and have extensive experience managing hospitality projects such as hotels, resorts, renovations, and property improvement plans (PIPs). Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience with a GC
  • strong hospitality project experience including hotels, resorts, PIPs, renovations
