Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager or senior project manager in commercial construction
- Proven experience in hospitality construction
- Experience with ground-up builds and/or occupied renovations preferred
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience working with brand standards and guest-focused environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead all phases of hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost control processes
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and ownership groups
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, design specifications, and quality expectations
- Oversee procurement, contracts, change orders, and pay applications
- Drive aggressive timelines, particularly for renovation and phased projects
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact
- Identify risks and proactively solve project challenges to maintain delivery goals
