Job Description
Our client is an established general contractor based in Atlanta, Georgia, employing around 100 staff members and boasting a strong history across multiple sectors including commercial interiors, medical office buildings (MOB), and higher education facilities. Renowned for their fast growth, exceptional company culture, and sustained repeat business, this company has cultivated an atmosphere where hands-on leadership is committed to nurturing project managers into senior leadership roles. With a consistent pipeline of projects exceeding 2 million dollars in value, primarily focused on Class A office spaces and specialized healthcare environments, they exemplify excellence in project execution and stakeholder satisfaction. Their Atlanta location positions them well within a dynamic market ripe with commercial development opportunities.
The role available is a Project Manager position classified under a permanent contract with an annual salary range of USD 110,000 to USD 145,000. This position centers on managing complex construction projects from pre-construction stages through to project closeout, covering budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and overall execution. The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining clear and continuous communication with clients, fostering strong relationships throughout all project phases to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Coordination with on-site superintendents and subcontractors is another critical component of this role to maintain rigorous control of schedule adherence, quality standards, and site safety.
The successful candidate will be adept at overseeing change management, managing costs, and producing detailed reporting to support transparent project tracking. A particular emphasis is on handling projects within active and occupied buildings, such as labs, imaging rooms, and lobby renovations, demanding a high degree of coordination to minimize disruption. This role requires an individual capable of managing multiple projects concurrently with a strong ownership mindset and solid communication skills bridging both field teams and clients. Advancement in this company follows a clear path supported by senior leadership, providing significant professional growth opportunities within a thriving, supportive organizational environment. Additionally, this opportunity offers a competitive base salary, bonus structures, vehicle allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package ensuring stability and growth for the successful applicant.
