Job Requirements
- proven experience managing customer-facing technology projects such as POS systems, kiosks, digital signage
- experience leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects impacting FOH operations
- ability to collaborate with team members and executive stakeholders
- ability to gather business requirements from operational teams and translate them into technical tasks
- skilled in managing risks, dependencies, and issues associated with FOH IT projects
- strong vendor management skills
- experience with system rollouts in high-traffic areas
- capable of maintaining a fast pace within a large PMO team
- excellent communication and coordination skills across departments
Job Qualifications
