Job Requirements

  • proven experience managing customer-facing technology projects such as POS systems, kiosks, digital signage
  • experience leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects impacting FOH operations
  • ability to collaborate with team members and executive stakeholders
  • ability to gather business requirements from operational teams and translate them into technical tasks
  • skilled in managing risks, dependencies, and issues associated with FOH IT projects
  • strong vendor management skills
  • experience with system rollouts in high-traffic areas
  • capable of maintaining a fast pace within a large PMO team
  • excellent communication and coordination skills across departments

Job Qualifications

  • maintain effective communication and coordination across departments including operations, IT, and customer service
