The company is currently looking to hire a Project Manager to join their talented team. This full-time salaried role is pivotal in ensuring that large-scale projects are executed flawlessly, meeting all time, budget, and specification requirements. The Project Manager works closely under the supervision of the location Project Director to coordinate and oversee the entire execution phase of assigned projects. The position demands a unique combination of technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills to manage and deliver complex event production projects. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of project planning and management experience, a solid understanding of lighting networking protocols such as DMX, SACN, and RDM, and technical knowledge related to electricity, electronics, and power tools. Proficiency in reading system drawings, electrical schematics, architectural plans, and lighting plots is essential, alongside excellent computer skills and familiarity with relevant hardware and software.

The role offers a blend of office work and on-site project management, requiring flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines and milestones. While production or stagehand experience is preferred, the position also values candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre or a related field or those with equivalent professional experience. Bilingualism in English and Spanish is a plus, as is an OSHA 30 certification. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Theatre or equivalent professional experience
  • minimum 3 years of project management experience
  • knowledge of DMX, SACN, RDM, and manufacturer-specific lighting networking protocols
  • solid knowledge of electricity and electronics
  • experience safely using hand and power tools
  • ability to read system drawings, electrical schematics, architectural plans, and lighting plots
  • excellent computer and software skills
  • availability to work evenings and weekends
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred
  • bilingual English and Spanish preferred
