The role offered is for a Project Manager who will lead education and commercial construction projects from inception through completion. This is a permanent position based in Indianapolis with a competitive salary range of 110,000 to 130,000 USD per year, dependent on experience and project scope. The Project Manager will be pivotal in partnering with company leadership, including the President and VP, to drive the company’s growth across the Indianapolis region. This includes actively managing client relationships as the primary point of contact, overseeing design teams and subcontractors, and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards for quality and safety. The successful candidate will manage all contract-related documents such as RFIs, change orders, and submittals, leveraging modern project management tools including Procore and MS Project. They will work closely with estimating and procurement teams during preconstruction phases to improve processes continuously.   • background in estimating or field supervision is a plus
