Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent field experience
- 10+ years of experience managing large concrete construction projects including multi-story buildings for over $70M
- Experience working for self-perform concrete teams
- Strong understanding of BIM, formwork, rebar installation, flatwork, and architectural concrete
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, AutoCAD, Project Management tools
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must be able to travel to multiple active sites within the South Florida region
Job Qualifications

- Experience working for self-perform concrete teams (SPT) - preferred companies include McCarthy, Sundt, DPR, Turner, Baker, Donley, JE Dunn, Adjustable Concrete
- Strong understanding of BIM, formwork, rebar installation, flatwork, and architectural concrete
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, AutoCAD, Project Management tools
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must be able to travel to multiple active sites within the South Florida region
Job Duties
- Oversee self-perform concrete construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Develop project schedules, labor plans, and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Lead submittal, RFI, procurement, and document control processes
- Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and clients on project delivery
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Lead project meetings, track status reports, and resolve constructability issues
- Work closely with accounting and estimating teams to manage budgets, changes, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety standards, and industry best practices
- Travel to job sites across South Florida as needed
