Currently, Brock Solutions is expanding its talented team by seeking a Project Manager - Automation to join their New Jersey office. Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role on controls automation projects
- Experience managing projects in manufacturing industries is an asset
- College diploma or University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Design, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Must be customer focused and action oriented
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team based project environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is an asset
- This position requires approximately 30% travel
- Legal entitlement to work in the country of the position
- Eligibility for government security clearances or site access may be required
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role on controls automation projects

Job Duties
- Manage financial responsibility on projects between $500k and $10M
- Manage client expectations and communication needs to the project team
- Manage scope internally with the project team and externally with the client
- Manage resource assignments and utilization for all assigned resources
- Create and manage project schedules
- Ensure harmonious working relationships with key partners
- Identify risks and roadblocks to project completion and work with management to resolve
- Ensure quality of the end solution through implementation of standard project and development processes
