Job Description

The role available is for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing construction projects from award through to completion. The position is permanent and offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonus opportunities. This role is focused on ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and project teams. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; coordinating subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners; leading project meetings with regular progress updates; reviewing contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals; mentoring project engineers and supporting project teams; and fostering strong client retention throughout the lifecycle of the projects.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, though this is preferred and not mandatory. Experience is required in managing projects within several sectors relevant to commercial general contracting. The role demands strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control. It also requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
