The role on offer is a permanent position based in Columbus, Ohio, providing an attractive salary range between $120,000 and $150,000 per year. This role is ideal for a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who is ready to lead large-scale projects valued over $20 million, ensuring successful completion from start to finish. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all phases of commercial construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring these projects meet stringent safety and quality standards.

This position provides an exciting chance to work with a variety of stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to align project goals and deliverables effectively. The project manager will need excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and resolve issues proactively. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued over 20 million dollars
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with construction safety standards and compliance
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
  • Valid driver's license for vehicle allowance or company vehicle use

Job Qualifications

  • Commercial construction project management experience in office, retail, restaurant, healthcare, industrial, or data center sectors
  • Experience managing projects valued at 20 million dollars or more preferred
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project
