The role of Project Manager is a key leadership position in this thriving construction company. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in commercial construction project management
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project
- Strong knowledge of scheduling and commercial construction practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to adhere to safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Commercial construction project management experience in TI, retail, banking/financial institutions, distribution and warehouse facilities, hospitality, hotels, quick service restaurants (QSR), convenience stores/gas stations
- Experience with one or more of the preferred project sectors listed
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and scheduling
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
