Joining ABEC’s team as a Project Manager in Engineering and Life Sciences Equipment offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the development and delivery of critical equipment and process systems essential for manufacturing medicines that save lives worldwide. This role involves managing diverse, high-impact engineering projects from initial kickoff through to final customer acceptance, ensuring successful project execution aligned with safety, schedule, budget, and quality specifications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams encompassing engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and operations to coordinate and steer projects effectively. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing schedules, budgets, forecasting, and change control while reviewing technical specifications, process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and project requirements. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
