We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead cross-functional project teams in delivering projects that meet the objectives and expectations of our clients and stakeholders. The Project Manager role is a vital position responsible for the full lifecycle management of projects ranging from planning and design to manufacturing and installation. This role requires a leader who can effectively organize, budget, schedule, and coordinate purchasing and production functions to ensure successful project completion. The Project Manager will interact professionally with designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, and customers, fostering clear communication and teamwork across all stages of the project. Key responsibilities include facilitating technical interpretation of specifications and drawings, managing multiple project schedules simultaneously, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations while driving performance.

Additional duties encompass drawing submittal coordination, production schedule alignment with engineering and operations, project documentation management, and handling requests for information and change orders. The Project Manager will also manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, site coordination with contractors and trades, risk analysis and mitigation, project billings, costing analysis, and conducting post-mortem reviews to gather lessons learned for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent project management experience in manufacturing or machinery installation, coupled with at least three years of relevant experience in commercial construction trades, manufacturing, or technical environments. Familiarity with engineering principles and codes related to machinery and structural design is essential. Experience in theatre rigging, installation, or the entertainment production industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent project management experience in manufacturing or machinery installation
  • Minimum 3 years project management experience in commercial construction trades, manufacturing, or machinery installation
  • Familiarity with engineering principles and machinery and structural design codes
  • Ability to travel to work sites as required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication abilities
  • Project management software proficiency preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent project management experience in manufacturing or machinery installation
  • At least 3 years project management experience in commercial construction trades, manufacturing, machinery installation, or related technical environments
  • Familiarity with engineering principles and machinery and structural design codes
  • Ability to independently lead projects
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Previous experience in theatre rigging and entertainment production industries is a plus

Job Duties
