Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
  • minimum of 5 years experience in commercial construction project management
  • proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial projects
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in construction management software
