This role is for a permanent Restaurant Superintendent position with a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 per year. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing all on-site construction activities related to restaurant projects in South Florida. This role requires a strong background in restaurant construction, as well as the ability to effectively oversee projects from inception through completion. The Restaurant Superintendent will coordinate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure every project meets its specifications, is completed on time, and stays within budget.
The position involves supervising construction teams, maintaining rigorous safety protocols, conducting site inspections, and preparing detailed project reports and schedules. Effective communication with all stakeholders is a critical aspect of this role, as it facilitates timely updates and quick resolution of any issues arising on site.
