Job Description

Two Eighteen is a full-service design and build agency committed to crafting extraordinary experiences for some of the most impactful brands. With a strong focus on creating powerful and memorable interactions, Two Eighteen works closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that resonate deeply with their core audience, ensuring a lasting impact in the marketplace. The agency specializes in delivering innovative design and build services, ranging from tradeshow exhibits and events to permanent installations that showcase brand stories in compelling and engaging ways.

Two Eighteen’s team of experts combines creative vision with technical expertise to manage every aspect of the project lifecycle. This ensures that each project not only meets but exceeds client expectations while maintaining high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. The company has built a reputation for excellence by collaborating with diverse industries and consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.

Currently, Two Eighteen is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This full-time role involves overseeing the execution of a variety of projects, including tradeshows, events, and permanent installations. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of relevant industry experience and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

As a Project Manager at Two Eighteen, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining detailed project schedules, ensuring strict adherence to budgets and deliverables, selecting finishes while confirming availability and securing necessary approvals with design and account teams, and recommending construction methods that meet quality standards. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of production techniques to deliver functional, high-quality products while effectively troubleshooting any issues that arise during a project.

Strong communication skills are critical in this role, as you will collaborate closely with internal account and production teams, as well as vet and select third-party vendors when applicable. Managing rental asset availability and conducting post-show budget and performance evaluations will also be key responsibilities. This role demands a project manager capable of reading and interpreting CAD drawings, understanding typical tradeshow guidelines and services such as union labor and general contracting, and who is flexible, open-minded, and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Occasional travel will be required to oversee projects on site, requiring the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and environments. Joining Two Eighteen means becoming part of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and the power of outstanding design to elevate brands in meaningful ways. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading projects that shape memorable experiences for top-tier clients.
