The role available is for an Assistant, Project Management position within Macy's marketing department. This role plays a critical part in supporting Customer Messaging Board (CMB) campaigns across various facets of marketing including brand management, communication planning, media buying, and marketing finance. The Assistant will administrate the workflow of creative assets that are integral to marketing efforts and website content, ensuring that marketing jobs align with campaign goals and schedules. Responsibilities also include auditing data integrity within the planning system, producing detailed reports, and addressing operational challenges quickly and effectively.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Project Management, the Assistant will collaborate closely with campaign project managers and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely production of marketing materials, often utilizing Adobe XD and other creative software tools. This role demands high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a dynamic environment. It also requires strong communication capabilities to coordinate between internal teams and external partners, ensuring that every campaign component is executed with precision.

Job Requirements
- Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years marketing or related field experience
- Ability to sit, talk, hear, and use hands/fingers for handling and feeling
- Occasionally required to move and reach with hands and arms
- Requires close vision
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs

Job Duties
- Collaborate closely with the Specialist, Campaign Project Manager to ensure the accurate delivery of CMB Campaigns
- Support workflows associated with creating marketing assets for production, including generating job numbers and following up with stakeholders
- Analyze and produce reports as necessary
- Maintain relationships with external vendor partners for CMB Campaign Adobe XD file builds
- Effectively manage projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Problem-solve and provide solutions to meet creative objectives
- Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships
- Perform special assignments as required
