As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from initiation through to completion. This includes directing the project administration staff and construction engineers, collaborating closely with project superintendents to set operational priorities and ensure seamless project execution. A core responsibility of the role involves forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project costs and revenue, assuring adherence to budget estimates, which is critical for maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in construction project management or as a project executive
  • Proven leadership experience managing project managers and construction teams
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes and skilled trades
  • Experience managing large-scale projects over $25 million
  • Strong ability to interpret construction documents and drawings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively
  • Proficiency with construction project management software
  • Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance

Job Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in construction project management or as a project executive
  • Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical
  • Experience in multiple fields of construction
  • Experience working on projects over $25 million
  • Proficiency in reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings

Job Duties
