The role of Project Executive at Suffolk offers a prestigious career opportunity to provide leadership and strategic oversight to high-value construction projects, especially within the Mission Critical Center of Excellence. This center specializes in managing multi-million dollar data center and mission-critical construction projects for leading technology and telecommunications clients across the country, focusing on fast-paced and mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) intensive projects. As a Project Executive, you will spearhead negotiations with project owners, maintain key client relationships, and oversee the operational and financial success of projects from inception to completion. Acting as the central figure throughout the project lifecycle, you will work closely with project managers, superintendents, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met or exceeded.

Your core responsibilities will include developing project budgets and schedules that align with profitability goals, assigning qualified staff to meet the complexity of projects, and actively participating in the acquisition of new projects through client engagement and contract negotiations. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching project teams, thereby fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your leadership will extend to safety oversight, ensuring the implementation of Suffolk’s rigorous safety protocols, managing cash flow and accounts receivable, and maintaining schedule performance through Lean Planning processes.
