Join our team as a Project Coordinator at Contech Engineered Solutions, where you will play a vital role in customer support and order management, specifically focusing on the StormFilter Cartridge Exchange program. This role is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the primary liaison for customers, engineers, and municipal contacts, providing essential support related to the long-term maintenance of Contech’s stormwater treatment products. Your responsibilities will span from managing quotations and orders to coordinating delivery logistics and resolving customer issues, making you an integral part of the maintenance support team.

This position requires occasional overnight travel, about 10%, to visit field maintenance projects and ensure your technical knowledge remains up to date. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management or a related role in construction, manufacturing, industrial or engineering industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Time management and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Access and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to travel up to 10 percent overnight

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or a related role within construction, manufacturing, industrial, or engineering industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access, and CRM systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience supporting technical or engineered products (preferred)
CRM experience (preferred)
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sales (preferred)
Ability to interpret civil site plans and technical specifications (preferred)

Job Duties

Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and product support
Prepare and follow up on pricing quotes to convert opportunities into orders
Process customer orders, product submittals, drawings, deposits, and shipping documentation
Coordinate delivery and return freight for cartridge exchange programs
Resolve customer issues related to orders, pricing, invoicing, shipments, and receivables
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Credit, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer, project, and sales records within CRM and Microsoft Access databases
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, online research, and outbound prospecting
Maintain a strong understanding of company products, manufacturing capabilities, and processes
Follow established procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent service
Perform additional duties as assigned
