Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years experience working as project management assistant or related capacity
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environment
- May be required to obtain and maintain gaming license
- Ability to travel to meetings, trade shows and conferences
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- License or registration in horticulture, business management or event management preferred
- Minimum two years experience as project management assistant or related role
- Experience with event planning preferred
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act professionally
Job Duties
- Execute the successful completion of horticulture projects
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties or vendors for project execution
- Collaborate internally and externally to guarantee efficient project completion
- Develop and maintain project performance databases using project management software
- Track orders, floral deliveries, and special event needs ensuring projects are on-time, within scope and budget
- Prepare renderings and project designs using design software
- Collect, organize, and report key project metrics and dashboards
- Perform other duties to support department operations
