Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years experience in energy efficiency, multifamily housing or project management
- ability to communicate effectively with clients
- strong organizational skills
- general familiarity with energy efficiency principles
- knowledge of software tools
- skill with computerized tracking systems
- ability to multi-task
- knowledge of energy-efficient natural gas technology or electrification measures
- interest in HVAC equipment and mechanical systems

- knowledge of energy-efficient natural gas technologies and controls or electrification measures
- interest and capacity to learn HVAC equipment and mechanical systems
Job Duties
- Manage project intake
- communicate with contractors about project pipelines
- shepherd projects from initial engagement through final payment
- work with contractors to review energy efficiency savings for multifamily projects
- review pre- and post-inspections of energy efficiency projects
- track and manage projects using proprietary data management software
- gather and review project documentation including energy savings and financial documents
- network with industry stakeholders and attend related events
- review inspection results to provide contractors with recommendations for compliance
- monitor program tasks and reporting
- communicate with internal staff, contractors, and customers
- engage in areas critical to program success
