This particular role, Project Coordinator, is based in New York City and offers a hybrid work arrangement that includes 2-3 days on-site weekly, along with some local travel as needed. The position supports multifamily building energy efficiency projects focused on energy conservation measures (ECMs) that reduce either gas or electric consumption or promote building electrification. The Project Coordinator acts as a crucial liaison between contractors, field personnel, program staff, and clients, ensuring smooth progression of energy-saving initiatives and compliance with program standards.
The Project Coordinator will manage project intake, communicate with contractors about project pipelines, and guide multifamily energy efficiency projects from initial engagement through to final payment. This role entails reviewing energy efficiency savings and inspection results, tracking projects using proprietary data management software, and gathering necessary project documentation such as equipment specs and financial records. Additionally, networking with industry stakeholders and attending relevant events form part of the responsibilities.

Job Duties
