Serving clients from basic desktop users to highly complex data centers, Nationwide Power Solutions offers an extensive portfolio of products including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Emergency Generators, Batteries, Power Distribution Units, Harmonic Filters, Surge Suppressors, Inverters, Air Conditioners, and Power Management Software. Beyond hardware, the company delivers exceptional added-value services such as Power Architecture Design and Project Management, Site Audits, Remote Supervision, Emergency Service, Maintenance Contracts, Training, and more. With a nationwide presence, these services are available every day, 24 hours a day, across the country, positioning Nationwide Power Solutions as a trusted and reliable partner in critical power management.
The company has earned the distinction of being voted a Top Workplace from 2022 through 2025, an accolade that reflects its commitment to cultivating a positive and supportive work culture. Employees at Nationwide Power Solutions enjoy a great work-life balance, including a unique schedule where Fridays end early at 1:00 PM, effectively starting the weekend early. The organization emphasizes a philosophy of "Doing it Right the First Time," underscoring its dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Project & Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position operates Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Fridays from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM, accommodating a healthy work schedule. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and operational support. Acting as a critical liaison between co-workers, sales teams, and field technicians, the Project & Service Coordinator ensures seamless coordination and execution of service schedules and contracts.
Key responsibilities include managing the customer base within an assigned territory, estimating service costs, preparing quotations, scheduling service calls, dispatching field engineers, sourcing and quoting parts and services, and tracking parts and labor. The role demands excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to orders and contracts rapidly and efficiently. A unique aspect of this position involves participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation every 4 to 6 weeks, with compensation ranging from $400 to $600 per rotation.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at multitasking under pressure while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to engage effectively with customers via phone or email. In addition, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various project management software is required to support administrative and coordination tasks.
While a high school diploma or GED is mandatory, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, particularly for candidates looking to advance their careers within the critical power industry. Familiarity with critical power systems and troubleshooting is advantageous, as is experience with shipping and logistics. The company fosters growth and stability, providing employees with a rewarding career path in a growing field.
Physical aspects of the job include regular sitting, use of hands and arms, occasional standing and walking, and the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds. The work environment is generally quiet, conducive to focused and effective work.
Nationwide Power Solutions offers its employees a competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, a 401k plan with company matching, earned time off and holidays, recognition programs, and a prime work location in Henderson. Join a forward-thinking team that values quality, teamwork, and employee well-being. If you are a problem-solving guru with a passion for customer service and teamwork, Nationwide Power Solutions wants you to be a hero of the day on their dedicated team. Apply today to become part of a company that is not just another critical power service provider but a leader committed to excellence and innovation.
