Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in event planning, nonprofit fundraising, or program management
- Proven track record of successful event execution
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event/project management software
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with Milwaukee's philanthropic landscape
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in event planning, nonprofit fundraising, or program management
- Proven success in executing high-quality fundraising events and campaigns
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and event management tools such as Givesmart
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours
- Knowledge of the Milwaukee philanthropic sector
Job Duties
- Lead planning, logistics, execution, and post-event evaluation for fundraising events
- Manage 50/50 Raffle operations including staffing and compliance during home games
- Coordinate Golf Outing, Sixth Man Soirée, and Community Impact Week events
- Develop and implement new fundraising initiatives aligned with strategic goals
- Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and collaborations
- Monitor and report on event KPIs and fundraising results
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for event promotion and messaging
