Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in event planning, nonprofit fundraising, or program management
  • Proven track record of successful event execution
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event/project management software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Familiarity with Milwaukee's philanthropic landscape

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning, nonprofit fundraising, or program management
  • Proven success in executing high-quality fundraising events and campaigns
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and event management tools such as Givesmart
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours
  • Knowledge of the Milwaukee philanthropic sector

Job Duties

  • Lead planning, logistics, execution, and post-event evaluation for fundraising events
  • Manage 50/50 Raffle operations including staffing and compliance during home games
  • Coordinate Golf Outing, Sixth Man Soirée, and Community Impact Week events
  • Develop and implement new fundraising initiatives aligned with strategic goals
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and collaborations
  • Monitor and report on event KPIs and fundraising results
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for event promotion and messaging
