Job Requirements
- Must have experience working with individuals with disabilities
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year related work experience
- must be 18 years or older
- current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and those served
- strong organizational skills
- comply with any required licensure or certification by regulatory authority

Job Duties
- Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
- participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight
- supervise a team of caregivers
- assist individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning
- administer medication and provide personal care
- balance direct support, professional activities, and supervision duties
- facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities
