In addition to supervisory duties, the role requires direct involvement with clients, including assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care support. The supervisor also promotes community participation by accompanying clients on outings or providing transportation to work and other essential activities. Good Neighbor provides a supportive environment where supervisors gain valuable leadership experience while actively engaging in meaningful caregiving tasks.

Working at Good Neighbor means joining a mission-driven team focused on expanding access to services and delivering innovative, effective support to individuals with disabilities. The organization offers a variety of employment schedules—full time, part time, and as needed—to accommodate diverse needs. Full-time employees benefit from a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes paid time off, holiday pay, a 401(k) plan with company match, and opportunities for career advancement nationwide. Joining Good Neighbor means becoming part of a caring, dedicated team with a shared commitment to impacting lives positively every day.
