The Role: Program Supervisor - IDD Residential Group Home (1-3 Person Home)

Mentor Community Services is currently seeking a Program Supervisor for a small residential group home located in Northampton, PA. This hourly position, offering $19.31 per hour, presents a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting those with intellectual and developmental disabilities while honing their leadership and supervisory skills. The Program Supervisor plays an essential role in facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) tailored to each resident’s goals and needs. As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee a team of caregivers, ensuring they are properly trained, scheduled, and equipped to provide compassionate support to the individuals in the program. Your responsibilities include administering medication, assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation and personal care, and fostering community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings and transporting them to various activities, including work and social engagements.   • 1+ years' IDD experience
  • 1+ years' supervisory experience
  • must be 18 years or older
  • valid unrestricted driver's license with 1+ years' driving experience
  • vehicle registered and insured
  • other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority

Job Duties
