The Role: Program Supervisor - IDD Residential Group Home (1-3 Person Home)

Mentor Community Services is currently seeking a Program Supervisor for a small residential group home located in Northampton, PA. This hourly position, offering $19.31 per hour, presents a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting those with intellectual and developmental disabilities while honing their leadership and supervisory skills. The Program Supervisor plays an essential role in facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) tailored to each resident’s goals and needs.
