Since 1974, ResCare Community Living has been committed to enhancing independence and helping individuals live fulfilling, enriched lives within their homes and communities. As part of Sevita, a nationwide leader in home and community-based specialized health care, ResCare Community Living leverages decades of expertise and innovation to design and deliver person-centered services that promote growth, skill-building, and overcoming challenges. The combined network supports over 50,000 individuals across the U.S., backed by a team of 40,000 professionals dedicated to compassionate care and support.
The Program Supervisor role at ResCare Community Living represents a vital leadership position within our service delivery model. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a career path that combines administrative responsibilities with direct support to those we serve. Program Supervisors play an essential role in facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs), supervising frontline caregivers, and ensuring that program goals align with individuals' unique needs. This position involves a diverse range of duties, balancing staff management, service oversight, and hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Supervisors also facilitate community inclusion by accompanying participants on outings and supporting transportation to work or other meaningful activities.
Offering full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules, this position allows flexibility and growth opportunities within a supportive, mission-driven organization. Full-time employees benefit from a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holiday pay, and career advancement opportunities within the expansive Sevita network. At ResCare Community Living, we promote a cooperative, inclusive team environment where professional development and meaningful impact converge. Candidates will have the chance to develop supervisory skills, contribute to service innovation, and directly impact the lives of individuals with disabilities every day.
Joining ResCare Community Living means becoming part of a compassionate team focused on expanding access to life-enhancing supports and elevating the quality of care for people with a range of developmental challenges. This is an extraordinary opportunity for individuals eager to make a tangible difference, grow their careers, and engage in rewarding work that fosters dignity, independence, and community integration. Our commitment to diversity and equal opportunity ensures a welcoming workplace free from discrimination, valuing each team member’s unique contributions and perspective. We invite dedicated professionals who share our mission to apply and take the next step toward a fulfilling career with ResCare Community Living and Sevita.
