Job Description
NeuroRestorative, part of the Sevita family, is a prominent provider of rehabilitation services for individuals of all ages with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries, illnesses, and other challenges. With a rich history and strong commitment to enhancing lives, NeuroRestorative operates across multiple locations and community-based settings, delivering a wide range of programs tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. These programs include vocational and therapy initiatives, day treatments, and specialized services designed for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members, and Veterans. The organization’s comprehensive approach to care is underscored by a mission to create a positive impact in the lives of those it serves through compassionate, individualized support.
The opportunity presented is for a Program Supervisor based in Hamilton and Lawrenceville with a scheduled workweek from Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 8 pm, though weekend availability is required. The starting pay is $20.25 per hour, with additional increments based on experience — $0.50 more per hour for 1 to 4 years of experience and a $1.00 increase for 5 or more years. This full-time role involves significant responsibility in managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of rehabilitation and support programs. As a Program Supervisor, you will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing all aspects of the program, ensuring that individuals receiving support receive high-quality, compliant care tailored to their specific needs.
The core duties include supervising and coordinating daily activities and appointments of the individuals served, managing schedules for Direct Care Staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day program operations. The role also requires onboarding and orienting new staff as well as providing ongoing training to maintain high standards of care. You will actively participate in staffing decisions including hiring, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and terminations, fostering a productive and positive work environment. A vital element of the role is establishing and maintaining strong relationships with case managers, referral agents, families, and guardians, always advocating for the best interests of the individuals receiving care.
Attention to safety and regulatory compliance is paramount; you will monitor living environments and program activities to ensure they meet all applicable regulations and provide a comfortable, safe setting for all participants. This position demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a compassionate, reliable attitude to support both the staff and individuals effectively.
Joining NeuroRestorative offers the chance to be part of an impactful organization dedicated to making a real difference. The role is packed with opportunities for growth and development, supported by a comprehensive benefits package including health and retirement benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, and career advancement prospects. If you are committed to quality and eager to contribute meaningfully within a dedicated team, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading provider in specialized healthcare.
