In the role of Program Supervisor, individuals will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) while managing the administrative and operational facets of the program. This includes hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising a team of caregivers dedicated to supporting the community members served by Mentor Community Services. Supervisors are deeply involved in day-to-day activities, supporting individuals with meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and facilitating community involvement by accompanying outings or providing transportation.
