The Program Supervisor role within NeuroRestorative is a pivotal position based in Hamilton and Lawrenceville, working Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 8 PM, with weekend availability required. Starting at $20.25 per hour, with additional pay increases based on experience, this position offers a meaningful and rewarding career path for candidates passionate about making a difference in the lives of those they support. The Program Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily activities, appointments, and the implementation of programs and services for individuals receiving support. They are responsible for directing and managing the schedules and operations of Direct Care Staff, ensuring smooth daily program functioning while fostering an environment that prioritizes safety, compliance, and satisfaction.
This role demands a leader with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively to meet deadlines. The supervisor will also be responsible for onboarding, orienting, and providing continuous training to staff members, as well as contributing to key personnel decisions, including hiring, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and terminations. An essential aspect of the Program Supervisor's responsibilities includes building and nurturing positive relationships with case managers, referral agents, families, and guardians to enhance individual satisfaction and deliver superior care outcomes.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver’s license for at least one year in the state of NJ
- Licensure as required by state
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 12 PM to 8 PM with weekend availability
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ethical and compassionate care
Job Qualifications
- One to two years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Other education and experience as required by state
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Valid driver’s license for at least one year in the state of NJ
- Licensure as required by state

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support including implementing programs and services
- Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program
- Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered
- Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions
- Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals receiving care
- Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans
- Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements
