The Front Desk Administrator role at Peraton is an essential position based onsite in Washington, DC. This role supports a unique program that focuses on providing information management and IT support for classified networks used by high-level government executives. Responsibilities include managing conference facilities with a strong emphasis on security and protocol adherence for executive-level meetings. As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be integral to the daily operations of this program, coordinating meetings chaired by senior leadership and high-priority officials. The role requires direct interaction with senior government leaders, demanding professionalism, confidentiality, and impeccable organizational skills. The position is full-time, requiring 100% onsite presence Monday through Friday, and is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of technical infrastructure and administrative functions within the program.

Ideal candidates will possess an active TS/SCI clearance and demonstrate a strong background in administrative support within government or corporate environments. The role involves developing and reviewing administrative procedures, managing complex schedules, and ensuring security protocols are observed in all operations. Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office and the ability to handle multiple priorities across different time zones effectively. This position provides a competitive salary range from $80,000 to $128,000, reflecting experience, education, and geographic factors. Job Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of experience supporting senior management or executives
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage complex scheduling and competing priorities
  • Knowledge of security protocols and confidentiality standards
  • Experience in conference coordination and ADA compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 100% onsite Monday to Friday
  • U.S. citizenship or legal eligibility to obtain required clearance
  • Commitment to maintaining highest standards of professionalism and discretion

Job Qualifications

  • Must have an active TS/SCI
  • Bachelors degree with five (5) years of experience, Master’s Degree with three (3) years of experience
  • High School Diploma/GED with nine (9) years of experience
  • At least three (3) years of experience in high level corporate or Government environments in support of senior management or executives
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Expertise in identifying inefficiencies and developing new procedures and SOPs
  • Experience managing complex schedules and competing priorities across multiple time zones
  • Understanding of security protocols and ADA requirements
  • Prior experience as administrative or executive assistant, or front desk reception
  • Prior experience supporting direct C-level executives
  • Prior service in U.S. Military, Military Reservist or National Guards

Job Duties

  • Perform analysis, development and review of program administrative operating procedures
  • Monitor and maintain the physical security of the conference facilities
  • Schedule, verify and support conference room meetings housed by Senior Leadership
  • Support meetings chaired by high priority customer officials
  • Ensure conference rooms are managed in accordance with the protocol for executive-level meetings in accordance with customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Interface directly with senior government leaders and officials
  • Manage conference coordination, scheduling and confidentiality according to security and ADA requirements
