The Program Manager, Route Planner role at Brink's is a critical position based in Coppell, Texas, focused on optimizing and managing extensive routing plans for Brink's messengers who deliver cash and valuables to customers across the United States. Key responsibilities include driving regional route optimization initiatives by analyzing and improving route planning protocols, refining operational efficiencies, and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The role requires robust analytical skills to define and monitor key performance indicators via custom dashboards, troubleshooting data inconsistencies, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational integrity.
