Located in Lafayette, Louisiana, the college prides itself on delivering inclusive and innovative programs that empower students to excel academically, socially, and professionally.

SLCC is currently seeking a dedicated Program Manager for Student Engagement and Leadership Development to join its Academic & Student Affairs department, specifically within the Student Success Center. This full-time, administrative/staff position offers a competitive salary range between $53,000 and $59,500 annually. Collaboration is vital, as the Program Manager works closely with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and various campus partners to create a unified and supportive environment.

Leadership is a key component of the position, with duties including supervising assigned staff and student workers, providing training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and coaching.
