The role of Program Manager, Donor Stewardship at John Muir Health Foundation is pivotal in managing and executing comprehensive donor engagement and stewardship programs. Reporting to the Director of Donor Stewardship, the Program Manager will oversee initiatives aimed at enhancing donor experiences, promoting donor retention, and ultimately increasing fundraising revenue. This position requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can design and implement creative donor engagement activities, including acknowledgments, recognitions, impact reporting, and donor journey mapping. The Program Manager will also maintain and strengthen relationships with donors and prospects, manage the Partners in Health program, and support various stewardship efforts that align with JMHF’s fundraising goals.

This full-time, exempt salaried position offers a competitive salary range of $92,643 to $138,964 depending on experience and location. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of work experience in directly related field
  • 2-5 years working for a sophisticated fundraising organization
  • Experience with donor CRM systems specifically Raiser’s Edge preferred
  • Experience in an organization with a strong programmatic approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion preferred
  • Must maintain professional and personal integrity
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Exercises professional judgment handling sensitive information
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of donor stewardship principles and metrics

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
