Job Description
TikTok is the world's leading destination for short-form mobile video, renowned for inspiring creativity and bringing joy to millions globally. Founded with the mission to empower people to express themselves authentically, discover new interests, and connect with communities around the world, TikTok has grown into a vibrant social platform with a dynamic and inclusive culture. Headquartered in Los Angeles and Singapore, TikTok operates offices across major global cities, including New York City, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo. The company is committed to fostering an environment that values creativity, diversity, and innovation, making it a sought-after workplace for talented individuals passionate about impacting the digital and entertainment landscape.
The Creator Reputation Manager - Content Operation role within TikTok's Creator Reputation team focuses on partnering with high-impact professional creators to promote product understanding, adoption, and positive sentiment throughout the creator ecosystem. This regular, full-time position based in Los Angeles offers a competitive salary range of $88,920 to $209,380 annually, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. The role plays a crucial part in developing and executing creator programs, initiatives, and events that build trust and advocacy among influential voices on the platform.
As a program manager in this role, the successful candidate will leverage deep insights into professional creators — understanding their motivations, challenges, and cultural influences — to design creative programs that resonate with their needs and enhance the platform's reputation. This position is fundamentally focused on strategic trust-building and scalable execution rather than direct talent management. It requires a combination of creativity and meticulous project management skills, including strong interpersonal capabilities, organizational excellence, and the tenacity to see initiatives through from conception to completion.
The Creator Reputation Manager will work cross-functionally with teams such as Communications, Marketing, Product, and Sales to gather creator feedback and behavioral insights, informing product development and go-to-market strategies. By managing relationships with agencies, third-party partners, and sponsors, the incumbent ensures the smooth delivery of program elements aligned with TikTok's broader business objectives. Additionally, this role involves analyzing program performance, extracting key learnings, and contributing to overarching team strategy and key results.
TikTok values diversity and inclusivity, fostering a welcoming workplace where employees are recognized for their unique perspectives and skills. As part of this commitment, TikTok provides reasonable accommodations during recruitment and employment to ensure equity and access for all candidates. Benefits of working at TikTok include immediate access to medical, dental, and vision insurance; a competitive 401(k) plan with company matching; paid parental leave; short-term and long-term disability coverage; life insurance; wellness benefits; paid holidays, sick days, and personal time off.
Joining TikTok means becoming part of a forward-thinking and resilient team that embraces challenges as opportunities for learning and innovation. Adopting an 'Always Day 1' mentality, employees are encouraged to push boundaries and achieve transformative results for themselves, the company, and the global community of users. For those passionate about creativity and digital culture, this role offers a truly unique opportunity to influence the evolving creator landscape within one of the world's fastest-growing technology companies.
