Job Description
Creation Technologies is a leading electronic manufacturing services (EMS) company known for its dedication to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The company specializes in the design, prototyping, manufacturing, and delivery of electronic products and services across a wide range of industries. Creation Technologies is committed to fostering a dynamic, passionate work environment where employees truly believe in their mission and work collaboratively to exceed customer expectations. They emphasize a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and operational excellence, which enables them to deliver efficient and cost-effective solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of their clients.
The Creation Technologies Program Manager (PM2) plays a vital role within the organization, serving as the primary liaison and advocate for customers throughout the entire product lifecycle. This position is instrumental in overseeing the production and delivery of electronic products, ensuring that every aspect—from design and prototyping to manufacturing and final delivery—meets stringent quality standards, remains on schedule, and operates within budget. The Program Manager drives the coordination between cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and supply chain, to seamlessly manage complex programs and bring new products to market efficiently.
In this role, the Program Manager will define program scope and requirements aligned with customer specifications, develop and manage detailed timelines to meet key milestones such as New Product Introduction (NPI), and oversee validations like installation, operational, and performance qualifications. They are responsible for monitoring critical program metrics such as on-time delivery, quality assurance, responsiveness, and cost performance, identifying any deviations, and implementing corrective actions swiftly to maintain program health.
This opportunity is suited for someone with at least four years of experience in the EMS or relevant electronics manufacturing industries and a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge of electronics design and manufacturing processes, project management expertise, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage internal and customer relationships effectively.
The Program Manager at Creation Technologies contributes directly to the company’s financial health by managing revenue forecasts, cost estimates, profit and loss variances, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Their role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and certifications such as UL, CE, RoHS, and ISO, as well as resolving quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective measures. Travel is required up to 10% to engage with customers and team members as needed.
Creation Technologies fosters an inclusive and supportive work environment, offering a competitive salary range around $160,000 per year depending on experience. The company values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing accommodations throughout the recruitment process to ensure equitable access for all candidates. If you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company with passionate colleagues, this Program Manager role is an excellent career opportunity to make a significant impact in the EMS industry.
